Best Practice Modelling

Unlike rigid and generic international standards, our BPM tools are built to incorporate both best practices and specific intermediate client goals. Many of our models are designed for self-assessment via a web-based platform. It includes a mandatory full day training session on the software tools as well as the BPM structure and deployment strategies. 

Online Assessment & Diagnosis: WebQ

WebQ is a Web based application designed and developed for the consultant when conducting an assessment. Content of the assessment is determined entirely by the criteria file that is loaded. The application’s functionality supports complex assessments in unstructured situations.  The system is designed to encourage the client to move down the path towards the best practice model. To this end the Client captures action items which can be organized into projects to form the business development plan.

At the completion of the assessment the consultant uses the Client to generate a standardized feedback report in Microsoft Word format which can then be enhanced with the consultants’ value added input. This dramatically improves the productivity of the final report generation. 
 
Displayed in a web browser, and accessible from the World Wide Web, WebQ is easy to use and can be used anytime, anywhere and by multiple users simultaneously. Users get immediate feedback through the use of preliminary report generation at the completion of the assessment. WebQ has a sophisticated support process that greatly improves assessment tracking and administration, therefore improving productivity and reducing costs. A significant benefit is the potential to provide increased knowledge on user patterns and market intelligence.
